Watch the second video.
It's the newly improved Unreal Engine tech demo, realistic physics, destrucable environments are the biggest selling points so far.

At 1:05 you'll see the hundreds of Locust running across Gridlock;
As for GOW MP, people have always been saying that the reason that its only 4v4 is because of the beautiful graphics. Well I'm pretty sure that confirms that that isn't a problem this time round.
