WOW. That video already shows 2 new weapons and you can use a Locust as a body shield, amazing.

Holy shit this game is gonna own.

Yeah that was cool I guess, but I mean that would be good for games like Hitman etc. But when it comes to the Locust in GOW I really find it hard to believe that a Locust would care about hurting his fellow grub to kill a human.

It just seems out of place.
Only thing about the video that looked promising in my opinion is the hordes of Locust in the background.

Visually not that much different really, the lighting looks slightly better, but maybe it's just me but I think the contrast looks weird. Seeing as it's still in the early stages, I'll wait for some more footage to criticize.

I really liked the trailer, it shows a lot of promise. The colour pallet looks better, using the locust as a shield was pretty good. I think MS might have sewn up Xmas 2008.

The only criticisms, other than the ones CDR had, that I can think of is the A.I. I know it's still early, but it doesn't really seem all that great and as a matter of fact seemed a bit worse that GOW 1. Also the Brumaks (at least that's what I think they were) seemed to be a little to easy to take down, even if it was by one of those tanks.

The finishers were pretty cool though and I like that Semi-Automatic weapon.

i thought it looked good. i though the locust shield was cool. i see what cdr is caring but i think that makes it cool that those other locust don't give a fuck; as long as humans die.
