So, last round it was the Colorado Avs vs. the Wild (whereeverthefucktheyarefrom), and Avs won, and now they play the Detroit Red Wings, which is the huge rival of theirs, and I got tickets to all games.

If you couldn't already tell by my signature, I'm a HUGE NY Rangers fan. The 2nd round of this years playoffs (they beat the Devils in the 1st) will be awesome against Sid the Kid and I think they can beat them.

Yeah, I'm hoping NY gets past round 2 too. I'm all all NY fan, but the Wings vs Avs is gonna be awesome. I'm going to the game on Thursday in Denver.

Well we lost both games in Pittsburgh which was not only because of lackluster play in Game 2 but the refs were absolutely horrendous in both games and pretty much dictated the pace, which many other NYR fans knew would happen and what I was hoping against.

This is because two of them (there were a ton more) cost us both games. the 1st one in Game 1 led to a Pittsburgh PP w/ the game tied w/ about two minutes left and led to a goal. Then in todays game the Rangers would've scored the tying goal if the refs didn't blow a ridiculously quick whistle to stop the play before the puck went in (which it did but after). Hopefully we'll take Games 2 and 3 at home to even things up.

Also Fuck Cindy Crysby. Fuck the Penguins. Go Rangers.

What a fucking pathetic display by the Avs last night. Seriously. I get that they don't have all their offense, but shit, 2-8 loss? Geezus.

I'm just happy the won on Thursday tbh but if they win Sunday I'll be ecstatic. But I was actually surprised by the Avs poor showing since it was a must win and it was at home. Maybe you guys should try to bring back Tanguay and Yelle. :P

Fuck. Well I can't say I was disappointed w/ this season (just the way it ended.) Also I love the fact that Drury was slashed in the face and nothing was called but as soon as the same thing happened to a Pittsburgh guy they get called. W/E, the NHL got what it wanted w/ Crosby and Malkin in the Eastern Conferance Finals. There's always next year I guess...

I turned off the TV after the second goal, but I needed to run out. I came back at the start of OT. It was certainly a better game then the Avs one.
