Rafa is great, we could do with out the yanks. It obviously wasn't our year, we could blame Riise all day due to him scoring an own goal when extra time ended but the fact is people get unlucky and lucky. We've had our fair share of luck over recent years. Liverpool and Chelsea constantly challenge for the champions league were as Man Utd don't.

No, Rafa is horrible.

Last year you lost the Champions League cause of his stupid mistake, same goes for the year before that [Zenden], and you've been absolutely terrible in the league. Can't blame Riise for the whole season just like Chelsea can't blame Terry for slipping up, but you've said that and I'm just blabbering now.. However, a team with such a depth of talent such as Liverpool needs to be a top contender for Arsenal, Man U and Chelsea and sad to say.. they haven't this season, and they won't until Rafa is dropped.

Surprise me next season though.. I have a sort of affection for Liverpool and wouldn't be mad if they were to actually play well..

Congrats to my team Celtic winning the SPL. We had been written off at the start of April so to come back and win it on the last day of the season is so much sweeter. Three Championships on the trot

Believe what you will. He makes mistakes but few managers don't, he is a tactical mastermind. We do need to compete for the Premiership and that is were we are failing but I also believe that another manager wouldn't present us with the opportunities in the Champions League that Rafa does. In my opinion the main goal is the Champions League and that is a majority opinion. The reason it is important for Liverpool to win a Premiership title is due to the fact that we haven't won the league since 1990 when it was re-labeled the Prem.

It is also difficult to compete for the Prem with our current team, we have a higher budget than lower league clubs but nothing in comparison to Chelsea and Man United. We need to play a similar role to that o Arsenal in competing for the Premiership. We have also made a significant improvement closing the gap on number one from 21 points last season to 11 points this season.
