Decent PS2 RPGs?

Dark Cloud is amazing (get Dark Cloud 2)
It has so much depth and sidequests. I've easily spent 100-150 hours on that game. The story is pretty mediocre... It has so many different elements and minigames though - all those little parts put together make for an awesome game.

Biggest negative thing about it is that dungeons are randomly generated, and therefor exist out of tiles that are thrown together at random. Due to this the dungeons can be dull and repetitive sometimes.

I liked it. I couldnt get into DC2 though.
Rogue Galaxy was really good. I enjoyed allot really, its one of the reasons I keep my PS2 around the house.

Mabey you should try Champions of Norath (spelling may not be correct) Its a relatively short game from the Everquest series, and the online multi isn't half bad.
