Socom beta codes for the UK were being distributed by eurogamer on a first come first served basis and they all went pretty god damn quick

From what I've heard you're not missing anything right now. It's practically still in alpha stage right now... trouble joining games, long ass load times, bugs, etc. Think I'm content with just waiting 'til it comes out.

Yeah I really don't know if its worth the purchase with everything else coming out.

Yeah, as it is I won't have the time or money for half the games coming out in the next couple months.

What ones you planning on getting? LBP I'l be getting and cdr will, max and possibly nyle are too. How many players is the MP?

I'm probably going to get Resistance 2 on it's release if I like Resistance: FoM (borrowing it from my cousin over the weekend). Some nice 60 player games should feed my fps MP needs until Killzone 2 comes out. And LittleBigPlanet will be the other game that I'm going to get at release. Everything else that I want to get.. Fallout 3, SOCOM, Red Alert 3, Valkyria Chronicles, and Prince of Persia are all up in the air as far as when I'm going to get them.

Not sure how many players for LBP. Probably 4. I know there is at least for from videos I've seen.

I will get either killzone or Resistance 2, not sure which one.

If I had to pick between the two I would definitely wait and get Killzone 2.
