If anything, I think that shows that it's completely up to chance whether you get charged duty or not.

It is all up to chance. It's all up to what kind of people are on duty the time when the package goes through customs and sorts of shit like that. Some people will check every package, and others only check the suspicious ones.

If you care about Trophies and Achievements, I really don't get how you can say Trophies are better.

For me Achievements just give me a reason to complete a game 100%.

How come? Just curious why you think achievements are better besides the obvious lack of games that support trophies at the moment. To me they are essentially the same except with trophies there is no score but instead you level, RPG-like, plus there are unique graphics for the trophies (and if Home ever fuckin' comes out there will be support of them there as well).

edit: I guess I meant I like the way trophies are implemented more but in essence they are the same thing as achievements which I like for the same reason as cdr. Do those things really matter all that much? Nah, but I'm just saying.
