I don't see what all the fuss is about exclusive games, it's not as if I buy games just to gloat at people with other platforms... Besides literally the only Xbox 360 exclusives omg that I'm excited about are Banjo Kazooie and GoW2.

Resistance 2 looks fantastic, absolutely loved the first game - sort of reminded me of Turok Dinosaur Hunter (not that new shit on 360/PS3) with its imaginative weapons and immersive alien environments.

There's also the future promise of TimeSplitters 4. Mmm.

Pico, I'm not sure that you'd like Disgaea. It's an SRPG. Like... Final Fantasy Tactics. The first two were the best SRPGs I've ever played butnot sure if you like that kinda game.

Also, no word on KH3 at all for any system but it's assumed that it will be on the PS3 and at the very least be multiplat. Maybe we'll see it today? *crosses fingers*

Hopefully, pretty it was confirmed along time ago by IGN that it's no longer exclusive.

Max that's the reason to buy different consoles... because one console won't have all the good exclusives, although one certainly seems to be winning atm.

I agree. As I said Resistance FOM is not the greatest FPS ever made but it certainly has its charms. The various weapons are great and even though many people said the environments looked too bland I really thought they worked for the atmosphere the game achieved. Plus the general layout of the various maps was brilliant.

Also the general feel of the controls and weapons was perfect. In my view it made a good launch title.

I agree with pico. I bought a PS3 because the exclusives looked great and I could play the Multiplat games too, but at this rate, I coulda gotten away with a 360 and saved myself some cash. If MGS4 and FF Versus XIII make the jump along with KHIII...then I think I'll be trading up and camping out for Banjo-Kazooie 3 or something.

Kingdom Hearts III probably won't be touched until the ones on phone, DS, and PSP are close to being done. Tetsuya seems to be putting his focus on those.

Max: reason exclusives are big is because most times they're what persuades someone to buy a console. Sony needs some really great ones because their console costs half a grand. And they're losing a lot of them. So people would buy a 360 for them, unless they're like an uber fanboy. I personally hate Sony. I think they're cocky, rip off Nintendo's ideas, and failed big time after the PS2. But I got a PS3 because I wanted FFXIII/Versus XIII, MGS4, and LA Noire. Now 2 outta the 4 games are going to be on 360 and it's kinda like 'ugh.'

Plus it sucks for Sony, because if someone can only buy one system. They want it to be theres so they get more market share. But if their big games come out for the competition that's cheaper, they won't get that market share.

L.A Noire is just a rumour from my research, I didn't find anything creditable saying it's coming to the 360

I'm kind of the opposite. I can't justify buying a 360 when I like neither the console nor the company who makes it and the very few "exclusives" that interest me (Fable II, Gears, and Mass Effect) end up being ported to the PC (with usually better graphics, more content, features, etc.).

I can definitely understand where others are coming from though.
