RRoD = Red Ring of Death. 360's get this. Nothing else. Maybe if the PS3 had a ring of light, and the ring flashed red when it crashed, then you could talk about your PS3 not getting one.

You could have said "At least it didn't crash". That would have made sense.

It's like someone talking about Linux never getting a BSoD, which is a Windows error.

You over analyze things, do you know why? Because you don't like hearing about the 360's flaws. RROD is just the 360 term for hardware failure, PS3 doesn't EVEN have a term because compared to the 360 it's immaculate.

Actually, since you said that, back before you even had an Xbox 360 and around the time saints row come out, a live patch wrecked tons of consoles and it froze within 2 minutes of it being on everytime... me and adam even got RROD and decided to quit playing just encase further problems occured, then you had the whole guide freezes the console issue ;)

It does have a few niggles. The Blu-Ray drive packs up and the updates sometime 'brick' the console.

These effect the 60GB mainly but some 40's have had problems. Its like 0.0000001% of the 360 problem though

I'm pretty sure this is the only update that has bricked people's consoles, but I could be wrong.
