French site, Jeux France have a 12 minute video of Killzone 2 from the recent Playstation day.

Its hard to tell if they have matched the graphical fidelity of the old demo that got everyone talking as the video is quite fuzzy.

Killzone on the PS2 was mediocre hopefully the devs will have learned from their mistakes on that one and not make the same mistakes on the PS3 version.

They got a lot of improvements. It looks to be a lot better. While creating the game developers kept in mind the variety of different play styles such as the more tactical way and the run and gun method. This way every type of player could have fun with it. Not to mention the hit and response system. This way when I give those helghast a taste of my blue steel, I'll see there heads snap back when i'm poppin some brains. *evil laugh* or stumble forwards when I take out a knee. I can't wait.

It does look good, however the 1st one on the PS2 was pretty boring. Hopefully they will have learned lessons from that and have better maps and scripted events.

Oh yeah. I have faith. But I didnt think the original was terrible.
