Anyhoo. I'm taking this as albums overall, so these (whatever I post) are albums that are super well put together, flow-wise, artwork wise, etc. Not just good songs.

An amazing concept album, the band changes styles and genres throughout each disc (each volume gets its own) in order to convey that particular element. Fire is naturally screamy and explosive, random and quick, water can be hauntingly quiet or suddenly loud, air is drifty and open as you might expect, and earth even incorporates acoustic instruments to get the feel right. Each song is pretty dense, and the band focused on the lyrics - 'Daedalus' on Wind, for example, is about the myth of Daedalus and Icarus - they avoid having only lyrics like "I am the wind / I am blowing".
Recommended for all post-hardcore, emo, or just general rock fans. Good shit. If you don't like one disc, don't put it down til you've tried the others, they vary fairly heavily.
