Click is a great movie. I also had doubts about it but ended up loving it.

Just watched 300 for the first time (as I didn't get time yesterday). Amazing movie. I know the history behind it (I'm a huge history person) and had read about the battle before but it was an amazing movie.

I thought that moie was awesome. But someone told me it was "inaccurate" as far as history goes.

Hot Shots! Part Deux.

Even after fifteen years this movie is still hilarious. Funny thing is, I've only seen the first one maybe once or twice but I've seen Part Deux a hundred times already on HBO.

The facts behind it are accurate (most historians say between 75% and 90% accurate depending on who you ask) but it is portrayed by Hollywood so of course it isn't perfect. I've read a few books on the subject and the movie did a great job at showing what being a Spartan was all about. Either way its a great movie. It was the same for American Gangster. I watched it recently but about 2 years ago I read 3 books on the subject and the movie did a great job but as everybody involved in that drug lord time has different facts about what really happened the movie picked one set of facts (those by Lucas) which could be right or wrong, nobody will ever know. Almost every one of those guys has written books (including the military guy overseas who arranged the transport of the drugs) so its hard to tell between the real facts.

Saw Mr Brooks and Stephen King's "The Mist" the other night. Both were pretty fun but Mr Brooks himself is a seriously fucked up guy.

Mr. Brooks, I thought, was an awesome movie. Haven't seen The Mist.
