Could we get a megathread sub-section added to PC Games?

For those of you who don't know what a megathread is, it's basically a thread dedicated to one topic, with tons of information, pics and shit to make it epic/very informative. Then you're supposed to keep all the talk about that topic in that thread.

I, personally, hate the idea.

They come in really handy for some games as you don't have to search through the forum to find information on the game, it's all contained in one thread.
This has been utilised very well on the Something Awful forums. A good example would be the Wurm Online and Dwarf Fortress threads.

People can post other topics of the same game, but general discussion is kept in the megathread.

But, when you start asking questions in the thread, no one can be fucked to read them so you never get answered.

I'd rather there be multiple topics on one game, and then just use search to find shit out.

What forums have you been reading? Questions get answered alot on good forums.
