Both are awesome handhelds, but I say PSP. Some of its games are just too good for a handheld IMO (like Syphon Filter: LS, Daxter, R&C: Size Matters, Tekken 5: DR, etc.). I might give the DS a slight edge in future lineup though.

I like the look of both and both have their advantages:

PSP - Generally has better games and more features that pwn

NDS - You can buy an R4 card that you can just put emu roms on and play them like your DS is an emulator. Saves lots of money. Obviously you only play games that aren't copyrighted :S
