Well when I saw Big Boss (I missed Raiden) I figured maybe there'd be a Liquid Snake game or something. But maybe it'll be some sort of legacy/spin off game or something. I mean if it involves Solid Snake, I think I've given up on the series and wouldn't touch it.

Nah, I think Kojima is more than done with the Solid "saga". I think (or at least thought) that Raiden would take over as the lead for the next Metal Gear game(s) but I would fucking love if we got (another) Big Boss prequel, if that's what this teaser is trying to indicate. MGS3 is still my favorite MGS, story/character-wise.

Exactly. I loved it because I felt Big Boss was heavily betrayed and the story overall was more emotional.

Plus I felt that the gameplay was just more solid and the battles were pretty varied and stuff. It just felt right.

Yes! That too. Things became known as you went along rather than the big reveal at the end, the action was consistent without having to go for awhile without anything happening. Plus the humor really worked
