1) No, you don't, that still doesn't change the fact that blatant ripping off is...well, dumb as hell.

Also last I checked, WoW was a Windows game. (proably Mac too but anyways) Windows Live is supposed to support achievements and all that shit - how is it ripping off? This is hardly anything to be upset about.

Regardless of the population of the earth, it's the most successful MMO ever.

I don't see how Windows Live is relative to anything. I've never interacted with it, and WoW has never done anything with it, let alone mention it. It's been long time since I've heard it talked (since that fail of a game Shadowrun).

Honestly, take a step back.. look at the situation and you'll notice it's not even slightly dumb or retarded, it's an extra feature which you decide to take advantage of or ignore.

I enjoy them, they make you do unusual things thus playing a game more and getting your moneys worth. I hope the PS3 utilizes their trophie system much more.
