It's probably not in pain... Well, maybe the eyes are a little dry, but I don't see anything that would cause it pain.

Well primates (Gorilla's, Chimpanzee's etc) share 97-98% of Human (or our) DNA. Pigs again share a large % of human based DNA...so this sort of thing was bound to happen and will continue to do so.
