I'm loving the fable 2 one.
The template you have been using is not identical to the current avatars though; what's with the edges?

Also, save as .GIF - quality will not be as excellent as PNG, but GIF is well suited for web based images, it compresses the files to a much smaller size and has a wide browser support for its transparency option, unlike PNG transparency.
