New Client Mockup

I'm working on a redesign for a client (actually my wife's dad but still a paying client). We (I work for him one weekend a month) run lights and sound for bands at a metal bar/club. Anyways, I started the redesign this morning from some ideas I had and finished up the header a little bit ago and wanted some thoughts; http://twofivethreetwo.com/go/dragon_mockup

The 3 guys are random band members from local bands who play often (they aren't from the same band). The dragon is a custom Dragon that I hired a guy to draw about 2 years ago.

Made a little more progress tonight; http://twofivethreetwo.com/go/dragon_mockup2 . I hope to launch the site by June 1st but can only work on it on weekends as I have a huge client I'm dealing with that needs his project to be finished by the end of the month. Remember still a draft and I'm still making changes but am open to comments.

They're three individual members of different bands from the sound of it. Anyway, I guess hes just asking in general, what are the bands called?

Yeah, the three guys are not apart of the same band. I wanted to use pics from different local bands and those were the 'best' quality (it is hard to get great quality pics with the strobes, all the lights, fog machine, and the guys jumping around). I thought about having 4 guys (vocals, drums, guitar, bass) but after having 4 it just looked better with 3. Four just didn't look balanced.

That header where the 'text' is slanted (being grabbed by the Dragon) is not the final. That is the header I'm using on the 'Redesign Coming Soon' page on the site. The actual site has the text just sitting above the menu and the Dragon is holding a microphone. I'm finished with the main page design and now need to do the sub pages layout and then get it coded for WordPress.
