Long time no see!

A few of you probably remember me from Evo, and some of you guys are new, but hey! How's it been going. It's kind of a weird story why I've taken so long to get here. Weirder yet is I'll probably be gone for the next 2 weeks too. Ya see...

My computer kept freezing up whenever I'd try to come here. So I reformatted my computer, but got sidetracked with class and other stuff. My sister's kidney failed and I've been getting tested to see if I'm a match (I am). So I've been getting tested and prepared for that. I'll be going under the knife Tuesday, so I'll probably be gone for like 2 weeks, but after that I'll be here probably once a day at least.

Anyway, how's everyone been? TJ how's it going? I remember you had some stuff going on last time I saw you. Hope everything's well. Adam still prowling the forums?

Anyway, just thought I'd post this so it's not like 'TA's here!' then 'err...he's gone' when I don't post after today.

Hey, sorry to hear about your sisters situation and I hope the surgery goes well for the both of you. Adam isn't here much anymore but he does drop in every few months haha.

I'm gettin' by though. Progress is incredibly slow but I've certainly having an easier time dealing with it all. Thanks for asking.

And that's good TJ, glad too hear it.

We're both doing pretty well. My kidney's doing better for her than it ever did for me, so I call it traitor now. The 2nd and 3rd days were the worst for me because that's when the pain hit from the gas they used to blow me up shifted and stuff. And my recovery room wasnt fun, but everything else was good. My sister did great from the get go. The kidney started working before they even sowed her up. Not really in any pain now, just have to take it easy and stuff. And it's definately the best thing I've done in my life. No regrets. Good to hear everyone's good and stuff. I'll be home Saturday evening so I'll be around more after then, but just wanted to drop by because I'm a little bored just sitting around.

Actually I lost 10-14 pounds. I had to not eat the day before the surgery, cleanse my body the night before, and then didn't eat for the rest of the week.

Definately. Plus you realize a lot of things are trivial in life and stuff, plus I'm happier than I've been in years.
