Achievements For Call Of Duty 4

How do you obtain the achievements for Call Of Duty 4?

I'm stuck getting the following:
Ultimatum,30 Intels,and Mile High Club.

30 Intels is little objects hidden through-out the game (I think).
The mile high club I think is completing the bonus level at the end (on a plane).

the mile high achieve is beat the level after the credits on veteran. pretty tough!
the intels are the laptop computers you have to find.
ultimatum i dont recall.

I believe Ultimatum is one of the later levels done on veteran.

Mile High club might take you awhile. It took both me and tom about 4 hours to get it done.
